Cancellation, Refund and Right of Withdrawal Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with one click and without giving a reason, from your account's subscription/billing panel.

Cancellation does not affect your access until the end of the period you have already paid for; automatic renewal simply does not occur at the end of that period.

Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically renews at the same fee for monthly or yearly periods.

You will be notified by email before each renewal.

Right of Withdrawal

AppointStart is a digital service performed immediately in electronic form. Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for such services.

Goodwill Refunds

Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal, our policy provides an unconditional refund within the first 14 days of the first billing period.

Refund requests are received at info@appointstart.com and refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

Failed Payment

If a renewal payment fails, a 7-day grace period is granted during which access is preserved. If payment is still not received, the account is restricted.
