2. Description of Service

The Service Provider may update the scope and features of the service with prior notice.

3. Account and Membership

Registration is done by email; email verification may be required.

The user is responsible for account security and the confidentiality of login credentials.

Unauthorized use of an account must be reported to info@appointstart.com immediately upon discovery.

4. User Obligations

The service may not be used for purposes that violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or threaten system security.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for having the right to use it.

5. Subscription and Payment

Pricing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation/Refund Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademark, design, and content rights related to the service belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for the term of the agreement.

7. Service Continuity, Suspension and Termination

The Service Provider may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions the user makes based on use of the service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Tekirdağ (Çorlu) courts and enforcement offices, and the relevant consumer protection authorities.

10. Changes

The Service Provider may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to users. The current text is published at https://appointstart.com.
