Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER (CONSUMER) — Name/title, address and contact information are collected electronically at the time of membership.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the provision of the AppointStart digital subscription service to which the BUYER has subscribed electronically at https://appointstart.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, defining the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Service and Fee

Service: AppointStart — a two-sided appointment marketplace — calendar, queue and reminder management for businesses; nearby business discovery, booking and reviews for consumers.

Current plan and fee information (all taxes included) is shown on the pricing page and at checkout on https://appointstart.com.

Billing period: monthly or yearly.

Automatic renewal: the subscription automatically renews at the same fee at the end of each period unless cancelled by the BUYER; a notice is sent by email before renewal.

Payment intermediary: Lemon Squeezy / Google Play Billing. Card data is not stored by the SELLER; payment is processed on PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.

4. Performance of Service

The service is digital in nature and is performed electronically, immediately and continuously upon payment confirmation. Access is provided through the BUYER's account.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed immediately in electronic form. The BUYER acknowledges this before performance of the service begins.

Notwithstanding this, as a goodwill policy the SELLER offers an unconditional refund within the first 14 days of the first billing period.

6. Cancellation and Stopping Renewal

The BUYER may cancel the subscription at any time, with one click and without giving any reason, from the subscription panel in their account. Cancellation does not end access before the end of the already-paid period; renewal simply does not occur at the end of that period.

7. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution

The BUYER may apply to the Tekirdağ (Çorlu) Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Effective Date

The BUYER completes the subscription after reading and accepting the full terms of this agreement and the Pre-Information Form electronically. The agreement takes effect upon acceptance.
