AppointStart: a two-sided appointment marketplace — calendar, queue and reminder management for businesses; nearby business discovery, booking and reviews for consumers.

Digital subscription service; access is provided electronically.

3. Fee and Payment

Total fee (all taxes included): shown on the https://appointstart.com pricing page and at checkout.

Billing: monthly or yearly, auto-renewing.

Payment method: credit/debit card — Lemon Squeezy / Google Play Billing infrastructure.

4. Performance and Delivery

The service is performed electronically, immediately and continuously upon payment confirmation. There is no physical delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As the service is digital and performed immediately in electronic form, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Goodwill/refund policy: unconditional refund within the first 14 days of the first billing period.

6. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled with one click from the account panel; automatic renewal is stopped.

7. Complaints and Dispute Authority

Tekirdağ (Çorlu) Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts (within current monetary limits).
